April Regeneration Update
The regeneration project continues to progress to expected timelines and all with zero to minimal disruption. Below are the two main updates for the month of April:
Site 1:
In the coming weeks, Site 1 will reach a major milestone as the building becomes fully watertight, with roofing works completed. The image above shows the progress that is being made at the site. This confirms that Wolsey House Group are still firmly on schedule, with works progressing smoothly and causing zero to minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
Site 2:
Initial behind the scenes progress is also being made on Site 2. The site requires nine pre-commencement planning conditions prior to demolition of the previous building. These are now in their final stages, and Wolsey House Group are currently awaiting confirmation from Surrey County Council to proceed.
